(Pink Sheets: KPCG) announces the completion of its merger with Principal Solar, Inc., www.PrincipalSolar.com, ("PSI"), the resignation of its prior management team and the appointment of Michael Gorton, PSI's Chief Executive Officer, as CEO for the Corporation.  

The corporation is changing its name to Principal Solar, Inc., and applying for a new stock symbol. After the reverse split and issuance of the new shares associated with the merger, the total issued and outstanding common stock of the corporation will be 12,720,051 shares.  Management intends to apply for listing on one of the major U.S. exchanges as soon as the company qualifies.
