Lake County Common Pleas Judge Candidate John P. O'Donnell Issues an Election Alert to Lake County Voters!
WILLOUGHBY, Ohio, Nov. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Lake County Common Pleas Judge Candidate John P. O'Donnell issues the following election alert for the November 4, 2014 election to all Lake County voters.
It is vital to note that the name John P. O'Donnell will appear two times on the ballot of all Lake County voters. This may serve to confuse some voters. Lake County Common Pleas Judge candidate John P. O'Donnell is running for the position of Judge of the Court of Common Pleas (General Division) against Dennis LoConti.
John P. O'Donnell running for Lake County Common Pleas Court is the current Chief Assistant Lake County Prosecutor who was part of the prosecution team which convicted Kevin Knoefel for conspiring with his foster daughter to murder Knoefel's wife in November, 2012. This race will appear on the third page of the voters' electronic ballot in the right-side column on the very bottom of the page.
Current Cuyahoga Judge John P. O'Donnell is running for Justice of the Supreme Court against current Supreme Court Justice Judi French. This race will also appear on the third page of the voter's electronic ballot in the left-side column in the middle of that column.
This is an unusual circumstance where two judicial candidates with the same exact name appear on the ballot for different races. Please note this anomaly as you enter the booth to vote on November 4, 2014.
