Lands' End Ranks in NRF Foundation/American Express Customers' Choice Survey Shoppers rank company 7th for providing the best customer service
DODGEVILLE, Wis., Jan. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Retail Federation (NRF) Foundation announced today the results of their seventh annual Customers' Choice survey. For the seventh year in a row, Lands' End has been named as one of the top 10 national retailers for outstanding service across all retail channels. Overall, Lands' End ranked seventh for providing the best customer service according to 9,374 shoppers surveyed.
