PITTSBURGH, July 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- L.B. Foster Company (Nasdaq: FSTR) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a $0.025 per share regular quarterly cash dividend on its issued and outstanding shares of common stock, payable Friday, September 21, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 7, 2012. There are currently approximately 10.1 million shares outstanding.
