THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Jan. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Leadout Partners, LP ("Leadout") is pleased to announce the sale of the assets of Odessa, Texas based Guardian Wellhead Protection, Inc., Guardian Pipe & Rentals, LLC and the legal entity of Guardian WP, LLC to Greene's Energy Group, of Houston, Texas.  Leadout Partners provided CFO consulting services in preparation for the transaction, and served as the exclusive financial advisor to Guardian throughout the transaction process. 

The Guardian assets will operate as two new divisions under Greene's structure.  Guardian Wellhead Protection & Rentals, headquartered in Odessa, Texas, offers casing and tree saver services and a wide variety of well intervention rental equipment.  Greene's Well Testing Services, located in Alice, Texas, offers well testing, hydraulic chokes and flow-back services.
