Learning Links Centers Sells Los Angeles Apartment Portfolio

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Learning Links Centers, a unique socially responsible real estate investment company with offices in Los Angeles and Dallas recently sold five of their buildings in the Baldwin Village Neighborhood of the Los Angeles Metroplex.  The five properties totaled 104 units and over 100,000 sq. ft. of building space.  Total sales price for the buildings was between $9,000,000 and $10,000,000. Ral Ndubaku of Commercial Brokers International (310-943-8532) represented the Seller.  Learning Links Centers intends to use the proceeds from the sales to expand their operations by acquiring additional multifamily assets.
