(NTTC) announced that Lee Miller has been elected as the organization's new Chairman of the Board at its Annual Conference in Chicago, IL. Mr. Miller succeeds Brian Wood, President of TransWood Carriers, Inc., who now serves as Chairman of the association's Executive Committee.
