
Legal Genie, Inc. Announces the Addition of Three New Members of the Business Community to Their Board of Directors; James Dixon, John Buckingham and James Foust
SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Legal Genie, Inc., online unbundled legal services provider, recently announced that three veterans of the wireless, technology and consumer brands sectors have joined the Board of Directors. The Board has come together to help launch the new e-commerce business, recently spun-off into the private sector by the Legal Aid Society of Orange County.

James Dixon served as President of Cellular One of San Francisco and later as a Southeast Regional President for McCaw Cellular Communications where he was responsible for over $10 billion in assets. Jim then became the first President of Nextel Digital Mobile Networks. He holds a MBA from Pepperdine University.
John Buckingham has been a successful corporate and entrepreneurial executive during his 30-year career starting a new division for Colgate Palmolive while still a MBA student in Boston. John has held both CEO and CMO positions in private and public companies, including West Chemical of Princeton, New Jersey and Intoximeters of St. Louis, Missouri. John has a BS with distinction in Pharmacy from Purdue, holds a MBA from Harvard and is currently a Professor of Marketing at Pepperdine University.
James Foust serves as Chief Executive Officer of SourceCheck LLC and served as its President. Jim has demonstrated his genius as a successful inventor and entrepreneur. He began his professional life at North American Aviation and later worked for such major companies as Hughes Aircraft and Mattel. Over the course of his career, Jim was one of the early developers of the "Fibonacci Sort," contributed to the prototype for what later became DOS, and won a national award for his work on "Boolean Strings" database technology. Jim holds numerous technology patents and is considered an expert in Data, Payment Systems, Network design and infrastructure. He is an avid automobile enthusiast and collector.
Dixon, Buckingham and Foust will be working closely with private equity firms to secure funding for Legal Genie, Inc. going forward.
