Leigh Baker Joins ROAR as EVP, Managing Director

NEW YORK, Feb. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ROAR, a Publicis Groupe Solution, formally announced today that Leigh Baker has joined its team as Executive Vice President (EVP), Managing Director. In this new role, Baker will work to integrate digital strategy with brand thinking and creative across the agency's JPMorgan Chase (Chase) business. He'll also focus on growing and developing ROAR's capital, value proposition and people.  

ROAR has been Chase's digital partner since 2013 and — using Publicis Groupe's "Power of One" business model — is breaking down silos within the Publicis brands. Under Baker's leadership, ROAR will be partnering with Saatchi & Saatchi, who handles the brand advertising work for the client's credit card business, creating the most value possible for Chase.

A strategic leader, Baker has more than 20 years of agency experience as a department head, running both global and local client businesses in London and New York. He most recently served as a business development consultant for Vans General Store, a creative collective founded by former Mother executive Scott Carlson and American actor and producer Liev Schreiber. Prior to that, Baker spent considerable time at TBWA\Chiat\Day New York, SapientNitro and Publicis, where he led efforts across brands like Accenture, BNY Melon, The Coca-Cola Company, MARS Confectionary and Nestlé.
