Lenox Supports Americans in Need with the Introduction of Their Give Lenox & Give Back Campaign this Holiday Season
BRISTOL, Pa., Nov. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Lenox Corporation, one of the world's leading names in gifts for the home, is pleased to introduce their Give Lenox & Give Back Holiday 2012 campaign. The campaign is beautiful in its simplicity. Every time a shopper purchases any of the 10 items (selected as holiday gift "best-bets" by Lenox gifting experts), either in-store at a Lenox retailer or online at Lenox.com between November 16th and December 14th, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to one of four charity partner organizations who are feeding people in need in cities across the United States.
"These are attractively priced items that people love from one of America's most treasured brands. The opportunity to be part of giving to a great charity is something we know Lenox customers will embrace," notes Lester Gribetz, President of Lenox.
The campaign will be advertised in major newspapers in New York, Washington, DC and Los Angeles, in an extensive email marketing initiative, in all Lenox social media vehicles and in-store at Lenox retailers. In addition to the Lenox cash donation (up to $80,000), links to the charities' websites will be included in all advertising efforts to provide shoppers with information about these worthy organizations along with the opportunity to make additional donations on their own.
The four charities partnering with Lenox are: God's Love We Deliver in New York City, Project Angel Food in Los Angeles, Food & Friends in Washington, DC and Open Hand in Atlanta. Each of the charities will publicize the campaign to their volunteer and support communities.
The 10 Lenox "best-bets" items selected for inclusion in the campaign are: the 2012 Snow Fantasies Snowflake Ornament, the Gift of Friends Platter, Holiday Dinnerware Sets, Disney Cinderella's Enchanted Evening Ornament, the Organics Ruffle Crystal Vase, the "Love" ivory and gold word sculpture, Jubilee Pearl Toasting Flute pair, the Holly Scrollwork Votive, the Recordable Snowman Figurine and the Gold Angel Ornament Set.
At a time when many Americans are struggling, Lenox is proud to make this holiday gifting season an easy opportunity for its many loyal customers to Give Lenox & Give Back.
