AVON, Ind., Sept. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Wellbrooke of Avon, the new Center for Health and Wellness located on 10th Street just across from Indiana University Health West Hospital, will celebrate its grand opening with an invitation-only ribbon cutting on Wednesday, September 18 (4-7 pm) and a public open house on Thursday, September 19 (3-6 pm).
The brand-new Wellbrooke of Avon is an innovative approach to the design and delivery of health care services for a new generation. The 66,350-square-foot community will offer 30 service-rich assisted living apartments and 70 private and companion suites for those in need of top-of-the-line rehabilitative care or long-term care. The handsomely appointed design and hotel-like environment will be comfortable and engaging with concierge-style delivery of services and amenities such as four different dining venues, a movie theater, fitness center, on-site hair salon and more. Wellbrooke of Avon accepts Medicare and private insurance, as well as private pay, and welcomes admissions 7 days a week.
Elected officials and representatives from the Avon Chamber of Commerce are scheduled to attend, along with Wellbrooke of Avon partners Mainstreet and LCS to celebrate the occasion. The Center will welcome guests from Avon and the surrounding communities for personal tours on Thursday, September 19 from 3-6 pm.
