After months of groundwork in Canada, management will attend broker, banking and operator meetings to evaluate financing offers and acquisition targets for the Company's long discussed strategy to acquire a producing oil and gas asset. The trip will include presentations by management to multiple Canadian investment houses that have made soft commitments to invest in a potential financing.
