Suite of Ranges Helps Today's Home Chef Achieve More Even Cooking, Professional-Style Baking
ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Aug. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading home appliance manufacturer LG Electronics is introducing six new cooking ranges that feature the company's innovative ProBake Convection™ technology. The new appliances incorporate the convection technology found in commercial-grade ovens, helping consumers bake like professionals in their own kitchen.
By moving the heating element from the bottom of the oven to the back wall, ProBake Convection technology delivers optimal heat distribution that provides consistent heating on the top and bottom of every dish. The end result is even cooking on every rack, every time.* The new ranges are offered in both single- and double-oven configurations with electric and gas connections, so consumers can select the model that best fits both their lifestyles and kitchens.
LG's ProBake Convection-equipped ranges also feature LG's proprietary EasyClean® technology, which is the fastest oven cleaning feature in the market that provides a quick and convenient way to clean the oven in three simple steps. Users simply spray water to the interior walls of the oven, start the EasyClean function to allow the oven to heat up, then after 10 minutes, gently wipe away any mess. As a result of LG's trademark oven enamel technology, the need for chemicals or high heat is eliminated.**
The new models also offer the largest oven capacities on the market. LG's electric double-oven ranges (Models LDE4413 and LDE4415) and gas double-oven ranges (Models LDG4313 and LDG4315) boast 7.3- and 6.9-cubic-foot capacity, respectively, allowing home chefs the flexibility to cook two meals at once with different temperature settings. These new ranges meet the requirements of the industry's new Sustainability Standard for Household Cooking Appliances, which was developed by the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers, CSA Group and UL Environment.
