Lieberman Joins Societe Generale as Chief Compliance Officer for the Americas
NEW YORK, March 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Societe Generale announced today that Lisette Lieberman has joined Societe Generale as Chief Compliance Officer for Societe Generale in the Americas, reporting to the general counsel for the region, Laura Schisgall. Ms. Lieberman will also serve be a member of the U.S. Executive Committee.
Ms. Lieberman joins Societe Generale from TD Bank where she was the U.S. Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy Global Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to TD Bank, she spent over 25 years at Goldman Sachs in a variety of compliance roles including managing compliance implementation projects and serving as Chief Compliance Officer for Goldman's asset management business.
Ms. Lieberman will be based in New York.
