The dividend is payable on February 26, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 9, 2016. The cash dividend is the result of the Bank's strong ongoing financial performance and significant capital strength. The Bank issued a Special $0.40 Cash Dividend in January 2015 and two $0.075 quarterly Cash Dividends in late 2015.
