(OTC Pink: PDGO) is pleased to announce a shareholders call scheduled for August 10, 2012 4:30 PM EDT. During the call management will discuss corporate developments, oil production and the Masterson Reames projects that Lighthouse is currently under a LOI Agreement to be acquired.
Management will also discuss consolidation strategy for potential merger with Paradigm Oil and Gas, Inc., a public company trading under the stock symbol (PDGO).
