Lincoln Electric Board Declares Dividend
CLEVELAND, Feb. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LECO) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share, payable April 13, 2012, to holders of record as of March 31, 2012.
