MURRAY HILL and NEW PROVIDENCE, N.J., Oct. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Linde North America recently conducted a symposium for a group of its university partners at Linde's National Operations Center (NOC) in Stewartsville, New Jersey. The purpose of the symposium was to introduce Linde and its operations to the universities and to exchange information and ideas on Linde's recruiting programs and the universities' career counseling and outplacement services.
Linde Career Services personnel and engineering faculty members from Lehigh, Villanova, Rutgers, Stevens and Lafayette universities were active participants at the meeting. The one-day Linde session began with a welcome and overview of Linde operations, followed by a moderated discussion on best practices to reach the university students that Linde is seeking for its Intern Program and Undergraduate Development Programs -- Engineering Skills Development (ESD) and Marketing and Innovative Development (MID).
