Linearhub selected as a 2016 Red Herring Top 100 Global Technology Company

The K-ICT Born2Global Centre (Born2Global), a major Korean government agency under the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP), announced on Nov. 28 that Linearhub, a member of Born2Global, was selected as a "2016 Red Herring Global Top 100 Technology Venture Company" (2016 Red Herring Global: Winners) by Red Herring magazine, a world-renowned publication specializing in IT based in the United States. Linearhub attended the awards ceremony held by Red Herring in Los Angeles from the 15th to 17th of last month, where it received the award.

As a world-renowned publication specializing in IT, Red Herring magazine has been selecting the top 100 promising companies in Asia, North America, and Europe every year since 1996.

From among 1,000 companies in 40 countries around the world, the 2016 Red Herring Global Top 100 Technology Venture Company award was granted to startups who have introduced the most innovative technologies and business models this year. Google, Alibaba, Baidu, Xiaomi, and Kakao are some notable recipients of the award.

The final winners are selected through qualitative and quantitative analyses of technological innovation, financial performance, growth potential, executive capabilities, global strategy implementation, and market influence in Asia, North America, and Europe. Linearhub was selected as one of the "Asian Top 100 Companies" last September as well.
