Lionbridge Extends its Relationship with Golden Living with Three-Year, $9 Million Agreement
Market-Leading Long-Term Care Organization Relies on Lionbridge Global Product Engineering and Testing Services to Streamline its IT Strategy and Reduce Costs
WALTHAM, Mass., Nov. 29, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Lionbridge (Nasdaq: LIOX), a leading provider of translation, development and testing solutions, today announced a new IT services outsourcing agreement with Golden Living, one of the largest providers of health care services in the United States. The program is expected to generate approximately $9 million over the three-year term.
The Golden Living family of companies has more than 40,000 employees who provide quality health care to more than 60,000 patients every day. As Golden Living's business technology services partner, Lionbridge will identify, evaluate, select and implement new technologies to improve patient care, gain efficiency, drive down operation costs and advance the Company's competitive advantage.
Lionbridge has served as Golden Living's strategic technology outsourcing provider since 2004. This new program extends and expands this relationship to include additional enterprise application development, support and maintenance, and IT Help Desk services for Golden Living's portfolio of enterprise technology applications and systems.

This multi-shore delivery approach enables the local program management team to be fully ingrained in Golden Living's processes and strategies, while taking advantage of the resource base and skills available in the Mumbai center to optimize service delivery.
