Little Willy's Recalls Hooded Sweatshirts Due to Strangulation Hazard
WASHINGTON, Nov. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Consumers should stop using this product unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Hazard: The hoodies have drawstrings through the hood or neck which pose a strangulation hazard to young children. Then, in July 2011, based on the guidelines and voluntary standard, CPSC issued a federal regulation.
