Local Business Teams Up To Help Charities With Golf Tournament
HOUSTON, Feb. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Johnnie T. Melia Moving helped sponsor Saturday's Walden on Lake Houston Ladies Golf Association's annual Mardi Gras Golf Tournament.
The event raises money for many local area groups. "We were glad to help sponsor this tournament for HAMM (Humble Area Assistance Ministries), and the event helped raise funds for them," said event sponsor Brandon Melia, Vice President of JT Melia Moving. This tournament helps many in the Humble area, and it's a great cause. Additionally, funds raised went to help the Atascocita High School Golf team and other organizations.
