BEVERLY, Mass., SANTA ANA, Calif., AUSTIN, Texas and TAMPA, Fla., May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LocatePLUS Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets: LPHC), a business-to-business provider of locate and background information data solutions, announced today the appointment of Larry Simkin, B.S.B.A. MBA as its new Director of Information Technology.  Mr. Simkin has 20 years of e-commerce experience working in project management and program management with a strong background in new product development, integrations, and quality assurance.  He brings a solid track record of managerial experience in operations and business development in the financial, insurance, healthcare, and technology industries.  

His past work with major corporations such as Ernst & Young, Anderson Consulting, GE, and First Advantage has focused on business workflows, reengineering, and new vertical market design.  Mr. Simkin will take over all responsibility for engineering issues for the Company and its five subsidiaries and will focus on customer needs in updating database infrastructure.
