Harris' success can be traced back to her broad consulting solutions, superior client service as well as her ability to create alternative funding approaches for employee benefit programs.

Harris received her Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Friends of Wednesday's Child, a non-profit focused on improving educational outcomes for foster children in North Texas. When Harris is not consulting clients with their Health & Welfare needs, she devotes her time to her son. She is an avid tennis enthusiast and enjoys the opportunity to travel.
