Lois Melbourne Promoted to Vice Chair of Peoplefluent

In her new role, Ms. Melbourne will be responsible for the delivery and proliferation of the company's product innovation and strategy messaging to the marketplace and global customers. This new corporate position was created after two years of significant technology advancement at the company, and following a year in which Peoplefluent was acknowledged as a breakout HCM leader. Leading the Talent Management market with a new social collaboration platform, Peoplefluent identified its longest leading market-facing executive in Ms. Melbourne to deliver the company's compelling new market vision.

Neal Bruce, vice president of Product Marketing for the full Talent Management suite will report into Ms. Melbourne. She will report directly into Mr. Jones.
