In her career at Aquire, Ms. Melbourne's focus on furthering the company's vision — supporting customers with HR solutions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, workforce integration, succession planning and replacement, organizational design planning, workforce structure management, compensation planning and workforce analytics – has been instrumental to customers large and small. She has also quite successfully driven the industry business development and public recognition for the firm.
Commenting on her new role, Ms. Melbourne said, "In the last year, the Talent Management and Analytics teams have come together consistently to deliver integrated solutions to some significant worldwide brands. There are so many incredibly passionate people in this business doing extraordinary work for our customers.
