CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 3, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Lone Star Gold (OTC : $LSTG) has acquired good hemp®, a hemp derived CBD infused beverage brand based in Colorado.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Lone Star Gold will own all rights and title to the brand, its trademark and formulations and will continue to serve existing consumers, retailers and distributors of good hemp®.
