L'Oreal Women in Digital Advisory Board to Honor and Mentor Female Entrepreneurs Creating Ground Breaking Technology for the Beauty Industry
NEW YORK, May 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- L'Oreal Women in Digital is proud to announce the charter members of the L'Oreal Women in Digital Advisory Board, which will serve as models of inspiration and innovation for participants in the program. L'Oreal's Women in Digital Program focuses on women working in digital marketing, technology and IT functions by providing recognition, testing opportunities and recruitment opportunities focusing on how technology is revolutionizing the beauty industry.
The L'Oreal Women in Digital Advisory Board will help select the winners of the 5 "NEXT Generation Awards," which will honor top rising female entrepreneurs managing and leading technology-driven companies. The entry period for the L'Oreal Women in Digital Next Generation Awards is open now through May 30th on www.lorealwomenindigital.com and is in partnership with the L'Oreal NEXT FUND. In addition, the Board will help shape the program and participate in key events.

The L'Oreal NEXT Fund
The NEXT Fund stands for New Experimental Testing Fund. The NEXT Fund was established in 2011 as a separate corporate media fund that invests in the latest digital technologies, digital pilot programs, incubation programs and large-scale corporate sponsorships. L'Oreal USA will be allocating a percentage of the fund to primarily test and support female owned and co-owned companies.
