LOS ANGELES, March 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Los Angeles Councilmember Bob Blumenfield will participate as a Keynote Speaker in the Smart Gigabit LA business & technology conference, March 29 & 30 in Los Angeles, event organizers announced today. Mr. Blumenfield who chairs the City's Innovation, Grants, Technology, Commerce and Trade Committee, represents the 3rd Council District, which spans the northwest portion of Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley, including the communities of Canoga Park, Reseda, Tarzana, Winnetka and Woodland Hills.
