"Prior to 'Force 53,' Cognac was on the sidelines of the cocktail renaissance and today it is front and center. The bartending community has embraced this overproof spirit that stands up to any cocktail ingredient, thereby opening up a world of possibilities for Cognac libations. We saw great creativity demonstrated in the first two competitions and can't wait to see this year's entries."
