SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Louisiana Clinical Data Research Network (LaCDRN), a program within the Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI), has deployed Radia Mobility Management, an Accelerite product to better manage, protect, and secure the computing devices it uses to collect patient information in an increasingly mobility-driven environment.
LPHI, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, manages a variety of community health programs across the state to improve the health and quality of life of all Louisianans where they live, work, learn and play. LPHI also provides an array of services to local and national partner organizations that enables them to focus on improving patient health outcomes—regardless of demographic, income, and geography.
LaCDRN deployed Accelerite's Radia Mobility Management solution through the cloud to secure and manage tablet computers used by researchers collecting patient outcomes in participating health systems. The extensible unified endpoint management (UEM) platform of Radia enables LPHI to securely manage an increasing number of tablets and other devices, regardless of platform, as LPHI expands its research trials.
