Mark will lead the company's marketing efforts for the general availability launch of Lumo Run, a sensor technology that coaches you to run more efficiently, improving your performance and reducing the risk of injury. Mark brings to the team a wealth of experience and knowledge in both competitive running and international sports marketing.
Prior to joining Lumo Bodytech, Mark worked for Hoka One One, a division of Deckers Outdoor Corporation, as Vice President of Marketing. Under Mark's leadership, Hoka's sales increased 300 percent in the last year, making HOKA the fastest growing running shoe brand of all time. Mark has also held global leadership positions at Reebok, NIKE, the NBA and Wrigley.
In addition to his accomplished background in sports marketing, Mark is also passionate about running. He began competitively running in 1982 and was an All-American at Stanford in the 1500 meters in 1992. He also competed in the 1992 Olympic Trials in the 1500 meters.
