HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Aug. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- In the wake of the recent American Academy of Pediatrics' (AAP) study regarding lunchbox safety, released last week in their journal, Pediatrics, one company's sales have grown. The AAP study of 705 insulated lunch bags showed that more than 90% of the lunch items inside the bags were at unsafe temperatures 1.5 hours before consumption and thus, ripe for bacteria formation, even when multiple ice packs were used.
