PHOENIX, April 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TIP maintenance has been servicing commercial properties with re-roofing and maintenance programs since 1973. As a subsidiary of Turken Industrial Properties, Inc., the TIP maintenance team professionally maintained not only their own portfolio of holdings but assisted other professionally managed properties with their maintenance needs.  This purchase will better serve the needs of Lyons Roofing Commercial customers in the Phoenix metro area.

This purchase fits into Lyons Roofing's strategy to expand their commercial service and maintenance division.
