EDISON, N.J., March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per common share (indicating an annual rate of $1.80 per common share, paid in cash) for the period January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010.  The dividend will be paid on April 12, 2010 to shareholders of record as of April 6, 2010.

The Board also declared a cash dividend on the Company's 8 percent Series C cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock ($25 liquidation value per depositary share, each representing 1/100th of a share of preferred stock) equal to $0.50 per depositary share for the period January 15, 2010 through April 14, 2010.  The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of April 6, 2010.

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is a fully-integrated, self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) providing management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its class A real estate portfolio.
