TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Inc. magazine today ranked Magnetic No. 2713 on its fourth annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America's independent-minded entrepreneurs. Magnetic, a web design and internet marketing firm, ranks among prominent brands on this year's list including music website Pandora, convenience store chain 7-Eleven, Brooklyn Brewery and Radio Flyer.
"Savvy trend spotters and those who invest in private companies know that the Inc. 5000 is the best place to find out about young companies that are achieving success through a wide variety of unprecedented business models, as well as older private companies that are still expanding at an impressive rate," said Inc. 5000 project manager Jim Melloan. "That's why our list is so eagerly anticipated every year."
Magnetic's continued growth, despite the tough economic climate, is attributed to the company's ability to stay at the forefront of technology and provide an excellent work environment for employees. Magnetic's talented staff continues to evolve their skills as the need for web development, design and marketing expands. Hot topics that the team has trained and become experts in over the last few years includes: SharePoint, Mobile Websites and Social Media Marketing.
Magnetic also fuels their growth by continuing to be an active member in the Tampa community. The Magnetic team regularly appears at local events and donates time to charity organizations. "Employee satisfaction and motivation is what drives our company to be a leader in web technologies," says Jennifer Bakunas, President and CEO of Magnetic. "We are honored to be on this list that proves how our work as a team has produced great results."
