Maidenform Establishes the Maidenform Charitable Foundation Supporting and Empowering Women
NEW YORK, July 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Maidenform, the iconic shapewear and lingerie company, has announced the launch of the Maidenform Charitable Foundation today. The Foundation is committed to annually funding a series of programs focusing on initiatives that support and empower women, just as the company itself caters to women's needs. The Maidenform Charitable Foundation will raise funds and support for various organizations and causes, including ones that are dedicated to breast and colon cancer.

The Foundation begins its philanthropic endeavors in support of breast cancer causes on July 20th 2013 as the Official Bra Sponsor with the first ever Moonwalk Marathon in New York City supporting the globally recognized charity, Walk The Walk.
