For more than eight years, Deb has been responsible for Client Support and Manhattan's Client Care program. Well-versed in broad customer experiences and possessing a deep understanding of the IWMS and CAFM software marketplace, she has been instrumental in determining the direction of support, delivering quality products to the marketplace, and building a strong customer vision.
