KELOWNA, BC, April 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Marapharm Ventures Inc. (CSE: MDM) (OTCQX: MRPHF) (FSE: 2M0) ("Marapharm" or the "Company") updates shareholders on the final steps to opening its first cultivation and production operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. The first inspection of our new facilities is scheduled for April 26^th, 2018, with The State of Nevada.  The Company successfully passed these same inspections on May 30^th, 2017.  At that time, the Company was granted three recreational licenses, two for cultivation and one for processing, towards our ultimate flag ship "build-out" at this site of 294,120 square feet.  

Development progress has allowed us to begin scheduling the final, mandatory State of Nevada, NV Energy, the City of North Las Vegas Police Department, and Department of Agricultural inspections for final occupancy permits, giving us the much anticipated "green light" to begin cultivation. We are working with each authority to advance inspections to the earliest dates possible.
