Will Practice As Partner in Litigation Group
WASHINGTON, June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Kalbian Hagerty LLP announced today that prominent trial attorney Mark A. Barondess has joined the firm's Washington, DC office.
Mark will be a partner in the firm's litigation group, advising clients in complex civil and commercial litigation as well as arbitration and mediation and issues related to the practice of family law. Renowned for his decidedly aggressive approach in court, Mark is a successful trial lawyer with more than 27 years of experience focused on complex civil litigation and arbitration.
Mark's background includes litigating high-profile cases in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S. involving diverse areas of civil law. In addition, he has served as lead trial counsel in numerous litigation matters, including the management of all aspects of complex litigation.
