Through this new disbursement program, clients will now have an easy tool that allows participants in their programs to independently register to receive payments or awards in an American Express Serve Account. Subsequently, participants can spend their American Express Serve Account funds anywhere American Express Cards are accepted online and offline, withdraw funds from an ATM, pay bills online, or transfer funds.
