Torre Gentile, previously VP, Digital & Social Strategy at Ketchum Digital, joins Marketing Werks as its new VP, Digital Strategy & Innovation. Tom Schager, previously the General Manager at Builder Media Solutions, powered by Tribune Media, joins Marketing Werks as its new VP, Business Development.
Gentile and Schager become part of a leadership team at Marketing Werks that includes: Holly Meloy, SVP, Managing Director; David Rothkopf, Executive Creative Director; Lisa Fasana, VP, Account Management; Dan Miller, VP, Operations; and Kevin Conners, Managing Director, Business Affairs.

Torre Gentile is a seasoned digital marketing and strategy professional with expertise in leading the development and execution of innovative digital strategies for multibillion-dollar technology service providers, luxury brand names and CPG companies including General Mills, Whirlpool brands and Proctor & Gamble. In his new role, Gentile will develop, implement and measure digital solutions spanning multiple channels and work to integrate those solutions with new and existing client experiential campaigns. He will be responsible for building effective operational strategies that drive gains in the consumer experience arena across a variety of digital platforms. He will also lead the charge in creating new business opportunities in this area.
Prior to Marketing Werks and Ketchum Digital, Gentile was Director of Digital Content Strategy & UX for CPG brands at Arc Worldwide, a Leo Burnett Company.
Tom Schager brings to Marketing Werks more than 15 years of sales management experience and a consistent track record of delivering measurable and sustainable revenue growth, as evidenced by his many prestigious sales awards. His new-business development efforts have led him to create integrated media and content platforms for many key accounts over the years, including University of Phoenix, BMO Harris Bank, Allstate and Adventist Healthcare. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives to generate new business. Schager will collaborate with creative leads and pitch/account teams to promote and profitably monetize Marketing Werks' value proposition.
Most recently, Schager was General Manager at Builder Media Solutions, a full-service, pay-for-performance marketing agency owned and operated by Tribune Publishing. Before that, he served as the Director of Digital sales for the Chicago Tribune, where he led the restructuring of the Tribune's $18MM digital division.
