Markwins Appoints New President to Elevate Physicians Formula

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., July 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Markwins International Corporation, a global innovator in color cosmetics for over 30 years and North America's fastest-growing cosmetics corporation, has appointed Jeff Rogers as President of Physicians Formula Group. A part of the Markwins organization since 2012, during that time Physicians Formula has enjoyed market share gains year over year, and was the fastest-growing Premium Brand over the latest 52-week period.

Jeff Rogers succeeds Ingrid Jackel as President. In this role, he will continue to work closely with Markwins founder and CEO Eric Chen to further elevate the Physicians Formula brand, with a focus on the creativity and innovation that is a company-wide hallmark. Rogers is well versed in the Physicians Formula approach, having joined the company in 1991 to lead the brand's growth, first as Sales Director and rising to the position of Vice President - Sales where he served from 1991 to 2006. During that time Rogers played a key role in maintaining and building relationships with top retail customers. His roles at the brand have also included serving as President of the company from 2008 to 2012, as well as sitting on the Board of Directors during its years on the NASDAQ exchange.
