The video is narrated by Baltimore-based actor Steve Blair, who lends his personable and comedic style as he moves into the apartment.  Steve helps communicate a subtle storyline with a surprise ending that keeps viewers engaged.  The video helps to set guest expectations for a brand whose name affiliation with Marriott may confuse those who are expecting more of a hotel-like experience.
