Centers staff members provided the nomination for the recognition, citing benefits above and beyond those normally provided by medical practices. Some of the additional perks include: milestone anniversary rewards, annual bonus program, ongoing training and development, and breakfast celebrations for exceeding patient expectations. In addition, employees who pitch ideas which are integrated into operations receive rewards. Employees also have the opportunity to share input directly with the CEO during monthly luncheons. "Our organization's theme is 'Our People Make Us the Best,' and we feel that employee satisfaction is an important aspect of our operations," adds Lerner.
