AUGUSTA, Maine, July 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Natural Gas of Maine announced today that the Augusta-based company has reached an agreement with Mattson Development to supply the largest commercial office property owner in the Kennebec Valley with natural gas service by this fall. Mattson Development owns close to one million square feet of property in the Kennebec Valley and will now provide a fuel source that will allow all tenants to reduce their energy costs.

Located in Augusta, Maine, Mattson Development is one of the largest commercial office property owners in the state and largest in the Kennebec Valley. Summit Natural Gas of Maine is currently in negotiations with other large customers throughout the Kennebec Valley to bring natural gas service to businesses and residents in 17 communities.
