Maxim Integrated To Issue $500 Million Of Senior Notes
SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: MXIM) today announced the offering and pricing of $500 million of its 2.500% Senior Notes due 2018. Maxim Integrated intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and to repurchase shares of its common stock.
