Maxim Integrated To Issue $500 Million Of Senior Notes
SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: MXIM) today announced the offering and pricing of $500 million of its 2.500% Senior Notes due 2018. Maxim Integrated intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and to repurchase shares of its common stock.

LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated are joint book-running managers for the offering, which is expected to close on November 21, 2013.
