MBS Value Partners Hires Two New Senior Staff Members

NEW YORK, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- MBS Value Partners, a strategic communications firm specializing in investor relations and corporate communications for domestic and international clients, announced today that Lisa Lettieri and Matthew Haines have joined as Managing Directors.

Lisa Lettieri brings more than a dozen years of integrated corporate communications and strategic planning experience to MBS. Most recently she headed Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for FuelCell Energy, a Nasdaq-listed manufacturer of high-efficiency ultra-clean power plants headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut. Prior to that she was Vice President of Investor Relations at Champion Enterprises, Inc., a factory homebuilder and was previously Director of Corporate Communications with responsibility for investor relations at Scientific Games Corporation. Lisa was an institutional investment professional for 15 years prior to becoming a corporate communications specialist. She holds a BS in Marketing from Manhattan College and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University in New York.

Matt Haines brings more than 20 years of investor relations, media relations, and corporate communications experience in health care and biotechnology. Prior to joining MBS, Matt served as Senior Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at MDRNA, Inc., a biotechnology company developing RNAi therapeutics and delivery systems. Earlier, Matt served as Senior Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Nastech Pharmaceutical Company Inc. and as Director of Corporate Communications at OSI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Matt's career includes almost 10 years of health care agency experience in increasingly responsible positions. Matt holds a BA in Political Science from New York University and an MBA in Marketing from NYU's Stern School of Business.
