Mr. McCabe was formerly a Managing Director and Principal with two National Turnaround firms. He focused on developing new business and was an Account Director on engagements providing Strategic Advisory, Corporate Turnarounds, M & A and Capital Raising Services. Mr. McCabe began his career with Arthur Anderson & Co., an original Big 8 Accounting firm, and later worked as a CFO/COO with Middle Market and Growth-Oriented companies. He has worked with clients in such diverse industries including: wholesale/distribution, retail, advertising, technology, textiles, manufacturing, real estate and financial services.

Mr. McCabe earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is an active member of The Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Capital Growth, and is a past Board Member of Financial Executives International-Chicago Chapter. Mr. McCabe also serves as an Advisor to the Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business Graduate Studies Programs.
