HOLLYWOOD, Calif., July 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Medbox, Inc. (OTC Markets: MDBX) (www.medboxinc.com), a leader in providing industry specific consulting services and patented systems to the medical and retail industries, announced that it has re-filed a registration statement with the Securities & Exchange Commission as well as responded to any and all SEC comments from the company's Form 10 filing of April 10^th.

The company anticipates effectiveness of the registration statement within Q3 2013.
