With over 25 years of experience in leading advertisers and ad agencies, Horner will help Rentrak extend its lead in high quality new product innovation around existing databases.
Horner most recently served as Managing Partner, Director of Advanced Segmentations and Analytics of GroupM where she helped agencies apply data driven marketing strategies. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Advanced Advertising Solutions at Dish Network where she worked with Rentrak and was the chief architect in creating a number of new products and television services.
